Integrated CondenStop Applicator - ICA

We work with selected engineering firms to provide you with an integrated and efficient system to apply CondenStop in large volumes in your roll forming line. These systems have been used for years by CondenStop users to process millions of square feet per year.

The ICA is, in general, placed between the metal coil and the roll former entry. The location of the CondenStop roll is based on available space and the orientation of the metal sheet. In co-operation with your production engineers and dependent on the particular situation your roll former control system will be enabled to work with the Integrated CondenStop Applicator.

The speed and productivity of your line will not be affected by installing the ICA.

The ICA is equiped with a, so-called, hot wire cutter to create CondenStop free end laps. Within just milliseconds before application to the sheet the fleece is cut and then re-applied to where the sheet for the next panel begins.
